Which subjects do you tutor?
At Mi Mayben we offer tutoring in maths and languages (English and Spanish) only, for primary, secondary and higher-education students as well as adults who want to improve.
Are classes in person or online?
We offer both: in-person classes in Barcelona and online classes. Choose whichever fits your schedule and circumstances.
Who are the teachers?
All our teachers are qualified and experienced, specialised in teaching maths and/or languages, and used to working with different levels and ages.
How is the tutoring tailored to each student?
We start with an assessment to see the real level and pinpoint specific difficulties. From there we design a plan with clear goals and regular progress reviews.
Do you help prepare for specific exams?
Yes. We prepare students for resits, final exams, entrance tests and official language exams, tailoring the syllabus and practice to what they need to pass.
How long are the classes?
Sessions are usually one hour or an hour and a half, though we can adapt to the student's needs and how much material there is to cover.
Do you keep families informed of the student's progress?
Yes. For under-18s we give families regular feedback on progress, attitude and what to work on next.
Can maths and languages be combined in the same plan?
Yes. We can set up a combined plan with tutoring in maths and in one or more languages, splitting the sessions according to priorities and goals.
